The service
Trade Exams provides practice questions, fact sheets, mock tests and progress tools for UK trade and technical exams. Access is sold in GBP as a one-off pass for a specific exam and access period. The service is owned and operated by MRCGP Revision Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17267291). You must read and accept these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy notice before an account can be created.
Anonymous result comparisons
Progress and peer-comparison tools depend on combining members’ practice results. By creating an account, you agree that your scores may be used to calculate anonymous cohort statistics. The persisted comparison snapshot contains score buckets and counts, not names, email addresses or user IDs, and comparisons are not displayed for very small cohorts. This processing is a required part of the account service and is not an optional Account preference. If you do not accept it, do not create an account; you may delete an existing account and its underlying learning history at any time.
Accounts and eligibility
An account and exam pass are personal to you: one account per person, and you must be at least 18 years old. Do not share your login details or let anyone else use your account. Each user needs their own pass.
Prices, payment and access periods
The exam, price and access period are shown before checkout. Payment is taken once through Stripe. Exam passes do not renew automatically and there is nothing to cancel. Access ends at the displayed expiry time. Buying another pass for the same exam extends access in accordance with the offer shown at checkout.
Digital content, cancellations and refunds
The service supplies digital content. Any request to cancel or obtain a refund is handled in line with your statutory rights and the circumstances of the purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. Contact info@tradeexams.co.uk with the account email and payment reference if you need help with a purchase.
Our content and your licence
The questions, fact sheets, reference cards, mock tests and other materials on Trade Exams are the property of MRCGP Revision Limited. Your exam pass gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own revision, and nothing more: they may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, sold or used to build derivative products without our written permission.
Educational use only
All content is for exam revision. It is not professional or safety advice, and it must not be used in place of current regulations, standards, manufacturer instructions or your training when carrying out real work. Sources change: always verify against the current published source before acting on anything you read here. Where content cites a source, the citation is provided so you can check it.
Fair use and content protection
Your account and pass are personal. Sharing accounts, scraping, bulk-downloading or redistributing questions or fact sheets is not permitted. We may restrict or close an account used in this way.
No outcome guarantee
Readiness estimates, percentiles and scores are study aids derived from your own activity. They are not predictions or guarantees of exam performance.
Reporting problems
If you believe a question or fact sheet is wrong, use the report button beside it. Reports enter an editorial queue for review. We may use feedback you send us to improve the service.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available around the clock, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted, and we are not liable for downtime, delays or data unavailability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MRCGP Revision Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service or its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; changes take effect when posted on this page, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute belongs to the courts of England and Wales. See also the legal disclaimer and privacy policy.
